Refund Policy

We want you to receive fresh, dinner-table ready microgreens.
If that’s not what you get, you don’t pay.

A. If what you receive is spoiled, rotten, soaked, moldy, in-accurately weighed, or any other defect, rest assured, we’ll refund you AND replace them free.

B. Our microgreens should last over 7 days in our BPA-Free air tight containers and produce bags, which includes food-grade, eco-friendly renewable bamboo paper-towel absorbers inside. To get the full life-span of your greens keep them refrigerated, and stored in the containers they’re delivered in. Live trays should also be stored whole inside refrigerated spaces.

C. When approved, refunds will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the standard amount of days with our payment processor + your bank.

We may ask to see pictures of bad product; but we don’t expect your item to be unused and in the exact same condition you received it. Nor will you have to return any of the product or packaging, though we do ask that you please recycle the container.

D. Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days after you receive your order. If 3 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
